The Step-Up Plan

Stepping Up means showing up more confidently, more focused, more aware, and more invigorated. When women Step-Up they not only gain a sit at the table, but a voice in the room.

Step-Up is for all women who desire greater levels of professional impact, without ever losing sight of what matter most to them.

Step-Up tackles the day to day obstacles that tend to diminish women's ability to be heard, respected and given the same opportunities as their male counterparts.

As a group moderator, Karen's main focus is to stimulate curiosity and to engage every participant in a high-level inquiry that leaves everyone feeling empowered to be a better, more impactful leader.

Karen lives in Santa Monica, CA with her 4-year old daughter Mia and an 8-year old Boston Terrier named Shasta. She is the Director of Professional Development for Gensler Southwest and a sought-after speaker on the topics of women in leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational culture.
